Originally from the Launceston Cricket Club, James Faulkner is most certainly a player for the future. A middle order batsmen and opening left arm bowler, James had a breakout year in the 2010/11 Sheffield Shield, taking 36 wickets at an average of 17.72.

A former Launceston Church Grammar School student, James has just purchased his ‘first home’ in Battery Point and is an avid Collingwood supporter. James is the son of former Tasmanian player and selector Peter Faulkner.
