Understanding the ever evolving educational landscape, Cricket Australia has developed a school’s curriculum resource that teachers of all levels of experience in cricket have the confidence and ability to use in schools!

MILO in2CRICKET S’Cool Cricket aims to introduce a range of fundamental motor skills important to game development, such as hitting, catching, throwing, running, stopping, balance and coordination, for varying individual skill and age levels. The resource also promotes important social skills including teamwork, co-operation, communication, and fair play as desired outcomes of student involvement.

Designed to meet the needs of the educator whilst remaining compatible with the curriculum/ syllabus frameworks of the Australian states and territories, the resource assists teachers to engage students, between the ages of 5 and 13, in a fun and challenging approach to learning and experiencing the game of cricket.

S’Cool Cricket includes:

• A progressive series of Lesson Plans developed for the 3 Stages of fundamental motor skill development.
• 3 key modified cricket games around which the Lessons are developed.
